The Fabrication Facility at Multitex is equipped with heavy manufacturing infrastructure to support our in-house needs for building pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and Modular units, including modular structures for pipe racks, platforms, and ladders. All the vessels and exchangers designed, carry Process and Thermal guarantees from Multitex, unless specific licensors / proprietary internals are involved. Multitex in-house team also takes pride in designing and selecting the right ACHE for the process plants for our in-house needs from other disciplines, giving us an extra edge to offer complete solutions on integrated process packages.
We offer construction expertise in Carbon Steel NACE-HIC Stainless Steel and a range of exotic materials including clad vessels, Super Duplex Stainless Steel, and Duplex Stainless Steel.
We work with many leading process licensors to build modular units as per their design and offer them reliable and single-point solutions under strategic co-operation, extending the full range of Factory Acceptance Testing as per approved procedures.

Process Contactors and Columns

Process Contactors and Columns with proprietary internals are supplied for a range of applications like Amine Contactor, Glycol Contactor, Regeneration Columns, MEG Contactors & Columns, etc.

Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers

We have built Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers for our own in-house process package requirements and also for Process Licensors in small and large sizes and various materials including exotic materials and cladding materials. As part of our offering, we do carry out FEM and FEA analysis and support critical mechanical design for special cases, including cyclic cases like in PSA Absorber and Adsorbers.
As part of our heat exchanger solutions, we provide a complete solution, including thermal design guarantees (performed in HTRI and ASPEN Hysis by specialists) and Mechanical Design as per ASME -UHX and TEAM R type. Some solutions we have in recent times delivered include Dew Point Heating and Performance Heating for 9FA, V94.3 (Siemens) and other OEMs, High Flux Tube Merox Exchangers, and Critical Reboilers for CSU columns and Amine Columns.
