Project Overview
High Pressure Separator having Dia 3350 mm with 100 mm thickness and empty weight 90 MT and Gas Separator having Dia 3180mm with 140 mm thickness and empty weight 114 MT were delivered before Contractual delivery date to the site meeting all technical and safety requirements. These packages need to remove particle sizes of 10 microns and above with 99.9% efficiency, which were considered while designing a mist eliminator. Integrated efforts with EPC, PMC, and End-user were put from the design stage till the successful supply. Special efforts made by the company during the pandemic period not only in its own work but also with other partners to integrate the vessels and meet the agreed schedule of the project.
Multitex Solutions
Multitex provided Horizontal High Pressure Separator and Vertical Gas Separator that separates the well fluids into gas and total liquid. The Liquid (Oil emulsion) leaves the vessel at the bottom through the Outlet Nozzle. The gas leaves the vessel at the top, passing through a mist extractor to remove 10-micron droplets in the gas with 99.9 Percent efficiency.
