Manufacturing Capabilities
- Our ASME and ISO certified manufacturing facilities having leading approvals meet all the metallurgical requirements (Nace-HIC, Stainless Steel, alloy materials, special coatings). They also provide the entire range of electrical, instrumentation, hook-ups, and zero-leak testing requirements and structure verification as per Marine class for topsides primary and secondary fuel gas conditioning skid with stringent accelerations applied to structure design.
- Multitex has demonstrated its capability in the past by providing complete integrated packages and met many OEMs' specifications like GE, Siemens, Mitusbishi (MHPS), Alstom, Ansaldo, Solar, BHEL, Hitachi, and Nuovo Pignone. - Multitex support and services extend after supplies, and Factory Acceptance test to logistics management, Installation, Hook-Ups, Start-Up, Cold / Hot Commissioning, and Performance Guarantee Test Run till successful hand-over until the warranty period.
- We further support with necessary commissioning, operational capital & insurance inventory spares management.
- Some of the projects we have executed so far were done under stringent delivery due to the projects' brownfield nature, which involves special studies during the construction and installation phase for timely and reliable execution. The studies include building a proper installation procedure and selecting the right type of component to optimize on given space and ease the installation effort.

2. Between 2009-2011, Multitex supplied Natural Fule Gas Conditioning Skid Systems for 16 GE Frame 9 FA and 2 V 94.3 Siemens machines. One of the highest numbers of Modular Skids supplied to the client, provided an automation system to run plants even in Open Cycle and synchronize the machines within stipulated time from GE Atlanta team to achieve steady-state for the heating efficiency cycle.
3. Successfully supported Asian Bank Funded Project in Bangladesh to develop their main cross-country pipeline of size 36” for a capacity of 650 MMSCFD by supplying critical RMS station. The project was of national importance to Bangladesh for their energy security and Titas Gas field monetization. Multitex packages were installed at different locations on the Cross-Country pipeline - starting from Chittagong through Feni to Sidhirganj and supplied the conditioned and metered natural gas to power plants and many other consumers.
4. IFFCO & Annola Fertilizer Plant got one of the first GE USA Frame 3 machines in 1997. After almost 22 years, MHI Japan added and upgraded the plant. Both OEMs preferred and used Multitex designed fuel gas treatment skids, another Milestone for Multitex, and proof of continuous support and partnership to the OEM and end-user with a reliable solution.
